Refund & Return Policies
Orders can be Exchanged within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
Please if you receive an item and are not satisfied kindly return it immediately the same day if you received it by 12:00 or the next working day.
No Returns on synthetic, human blend hair and wigs.
No refunds or exchange on sale items
Hair & Wigs must please be unworn, not damaged and in original packaging.
If you choose to do an Exchange your new order will be delivered as soon as we receive your returned order.
No refunds on final sales only exchange can be done provided that you communicate on the day or 24 hours after you have received the item.
Kindly note an exchange will be done once the item you returned has been inspected and is in good condition takes 5-7 working days.
